Any order placed at the TomarAventura Online Store, may be freely resolved in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14 (Portugal), and the Client shall bear the costs Of return regardless of being resident in Portugal or in any other country outside the national territory. In order to do so, the Customer must return his order in the same conditions as received, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt, and for this, please contact our customer service through the email: geral@tomaraventura.pt.

The TomarAventura Online Store, does not accept any return shipped with shipping costs or counter-repayment, committing itself to reimburse the Customer within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the communication of the resolution under the Article 12 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14 (Portugal), or the business day following the receipt of the return or proof of the return of the order, whichever occurs last.
